Halloween Downtown 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Parade Line Up: and Contest at 2:00 p.m. – Parade: 3:00 p.m. – starts at Centenary University, down West Moore St, to Main St Gazebo where kids will be able to get some Goodies! There will be a prize given out for the BEST COSTUME for various groups
After the parade, kids will then be able to Trick-or-Treat at the downtown businesses and Trunk-or-Treat from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Look for a Pumpkin in the window of participating businesses.
