Join Weis Markets Registered Dietitian Kimberly Varner for a cooking demo. Kimberly will be making a Kale & Blueberry Salad recipe, and showing how to make a Grain Bowl. Everyone will get to sample each recipe, and we will discuss general tips for healthy eating.
