FT Staff Position; experienced, skilled, working-Superintendent needed for ongoing maintenance, repairs & capital improvements – various commercial and residential properties maintained by firm. Skills needed: carpentry – rough and finish work, spackling, painting, tile work, basic plumbing and electrical, appliance installation, lawn maintenance and related property management experience desired. Most properties located in Belvidere, NJ area.
