Christine So YOU'RE the guy in that costume ... I always wondered who it was. LOL. Look on the bright side, the Mets exceeded my expectations this year ... in April on the Rich Appel show on WRNJ, when we made picks ... I said the Mets would celebrate their 50th anniversary by playing like they did in 1962 and would lose over 100 games.
Now it looks like they will only lose about 90 and will finish ahead of those Marlins ... a team that REALLY underachieved.
Well, keep on hoping ... one of these days I'll tell you about the hopes the Orioles had for a guy named Ben McDonald ... ever heard of him?
