There are a lot of types of meditation.

If you're looking for something that includes exercise try Awakening Point and yoga:

For Buddhist meditation and eduction, there is Labsum in Washington ( http://www.labsum.org/welcome.html)

I believe there are a couple of groups throughout Morris County for just meditation on Meetup.

TM is generally not guided (other than initial technique) and you don't specifically have to have a group to get started. For that, I would suggest just searching on line for the basic technique. It's extremely simple.
