Question for Handyman or DIY Selfers

There was another post with this title back in 2015 - but was too old to ask any more questions. So sorry for starting a new post.
I'm looking for some advice (can't seem to find an answer on the internet)
I wanted to redo the floor in my half bath. It has a ceramic tile floor - so this is what I have done so far
put down a primer
filled in grout lines with Henry 345 pre-mixed patch n level - sanded to make sure I got out any little bumps and imperfections
the floor is pretty smooth (no bumps or high spots) but it has a rough finish from the patch
My question is - should I put down another layer or primer to smooth out some of the roughness or wouldn't it matter
I'm putting down self adhesive tiles
Any help/advice/comments appreciated.
Thanks!!

Did you look at concrete self leveling products? Lowes and home depot have them. Might help

Agree about the leveler, don't forget to use a priming product meant for it.
