Elder Care Attorney
Has anybody used Charles M. Lee for Elder Law.
He advertises in the Panther Valley Magazine.
I just have to update my Will. Don't want to spend a lot to do it.
Any advice will be much appreciated. Maybe somebody else?
mom with kids used him years ago - he was very nice, helped me with my issues and was reasonably priced at the time. I remember him being very talkative (liked to tell stories)

SportDo a Forum search on Charles. Many, many people have recommended him. On very good friends recommendation, my mom had her documents updated after moving here from PA. Charged almost nothing to do that, and did a great job. Recommended him to another HL person and she was also very pleased.
GC Know him as a highly ethical and competent attorney...he is a talker but will your needs in a very professional manner.

She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney. This is a specialized area of law. I am in a line of work in which I work closely with many attorneys. I was referred to Janice a couple of years ago and she was terrific as her advice saved significant amount of money involving my elderly parents. I have since referred several individuals to her and they all were very happy with her services. I even referred an attorney friend of mine to her and he thought she was terrific.

skippy We just had Charles Lee help us do new wills, directives etc. and we were most pleased but he is trying to retire and may not be taking on new clients......
4catmom I also recommend Janice Pasculli. She was my father's attorney and he was very happy with her work on his will and POA. After he passed she was fantastic helping us settle his estate, especially in dealing with pushy reverse mortgage people.

Does anyone know if Charles Lee has retired? There's no answer to the phone when I call.

Ziggy Charles Lee was excellent; I didn't know he retired. Hopefully he is doing well. Does anybody have recommendations for local Elder Care and Will Preparation Lawyers?
Kate Ingrassia is excellent. Knows every inch of estate law and very personable. She’s with the Lavery, Selvaggi firm.
Friend I got the boot from my other thread for being similar. This one is great. I figure I’d throw this out there just in case there’s new referrals or you’d care to share your trust information. Lee sounded good but he retired.
Do you have a trust? Can you share info on your trust? Reason? What type? Who did it? I can only drive within 10 miles of Hackettstown. I understand that some things are too personal to share on a public forum so, please, share as much as you feel comfortable with. Any new recommendations for Elder Care Attorney? The info here is pretty outdated. I would like to stay relatively local to Hackettstown/Long Valley area.
