Baking Class

Does anyone where we can take baking classes or course? I am stay at home. I want to learn the baking to start a career. I can even go to classes during daytime. But I dont see much info except the occasional cooking class at Pandon room. If you know of the classes or courses. Please share. Thanks in advance

Look at WCCC or the county Vo-Tech school adult program (if they have one).

Or even look at adult high school classes at night, or Morris County College.

A friend has taken some baking classes at Jacklamas Farm in Bloomsbury. She’s taking a canning class soon. Not sure how often they have them but I know she enjoyed the ones she took.

check out Andre's Restaurant in Sparta. They have cooking classes in the evenings from time to time.

Luca, funny you mentioned Andres, a co worker was just telling me about that on Monday. She said it was a fun thing to do

Yes, MCCC is a good place to start looking. I've learned all on my own, but I only really do sourdough bread, pretzels, English Muffins, baguettes and such.

I know at one time Michael's did baking classes, but for cake decorating only.

Michael's does cake decorating....you bring already baked cakes and learn the art of decorating.
