Missing person from Hackettstown
Press Release (12/16/22): Missing Endangered Person
The Hackettstown Police Department seeks the public's help in locating a missing endangered person:
Thomas F. Cyphers of Hackettstown, NJ, 68, W, M, 5’09, 141lbs, blue eyes, gray hair, and was wearing blue jeans, brown boots, and green/black checkered shirt.
He was last seen leaving Hackettstown Medical Center on Friday, December 16, 2022 between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. and was heading southbound on Willow Grove Street (County Route 604) towards Main Street.
If anyone has any information that can assist in helping safely locate Thomas F. Cyphers, please call 911 or the Hackettstown Police Department at 908-852-3300.

Odd. The description states gray hair and blue eyes. That photo does not appear to have either. In addition at a quick glance that person looks like a female to me.

auntiel Missing endangered person means a person believed to be in danger because of age, health, mental or physical disability, in combination with environmental or weather conditions, or is believed to be unable to return to safety without assistance.

Nallie I searched for an update this morning with no luck. Hopefully the person is safe somewhere.
I was checking daily. Just found this at the top of original HPD post on Dec 16
UPDATE (12/21/22): Thomas F. Cyphers has been located safe.
