Michigan I got an email today about J C P and L doing a huge infrastructure upgrade to the power grid to modernize it . I remain skeptical .

97XBAM Power outage off Russling Road. They’re saying 10pm for restoration. How accurate are JCP&L on their restoration predictions?
Tom First they said 2 p.m. when I called to report outage, but I think they just use 3 hours as a standard. Police dispatcher told me 4 p.m. Then, when I called again later, they said 10 p.m. It came back at my house at 8:28 p.m.
