Traffic Congestion RT 46 Independence 3/4
Anyone traveling rt 46 through Independence use caution. They're shooting a movie in the school area. Police all over !
Bob K. Traffic has cleared since 3:30 pm today. they will be filming again tomorrow same location 9am-3pm . they are currently across the street in the field filming. ( across from rdj shell )
Dan It's an episodic television production, not a movie... Billy Crystal is in it, but not sure if he's in the scenes they're shooting today and tomorrow.
ianimal It was insane this morning. People just haphazardly walking (slowly) in groups of 2-6 people across 46. Luckily it’s 40mph through there or there would have been an accident. The police were no where to be seen at 7:45 this morning. Just a slew of high-vis vests drinking coffee and wandering across the street.

I saw police at the middle school, RDJ’s and Water st. They only have a few patrol cars. Mostly saw people just hanging out drinking coffee.
Indie Why the town would allow it with the school right there and during school times!! This town is a mess! They don’t think
Johnn Hardly dramatic. I doubt you were there at 7:45 because there were zero cops and easily 100 people on or next to the road.
