Stephens Park litterbugs
I’ve noticed a certain element cooking on the grills at Stephen’s Park that leave piles of cigarette butts, plastic garbage and other junk after they go home. I know the park police are probably understaffed but it’s getting ridiculous. Much of the litter obviously washes down the banks into the river.
ConsigliereWorked there one summer on weekends. Ten years ago. I picked up garbage and cleaned the bathrooms. Did other maintenance work. I’ve stepped in human excrement. The bathrooms weren’t 100 yards away. Just disgusting.

Philliesman In some cases, it's not even locals. There's a place called Pinchers Point South of Phillipsburg on the Delaware. They used to go there by the van load, trash the place then leave. A lot of them were from Newark and surrounding areas. They brought grills they would chain to the trees and when done just leave them for others to clear.
