Recycling bin taken from Arthur Terrace home
During the recent wind storm, a black recycling bin and round garbage can blew around my yard. I was able to recover my round garbage can from the corner of my property, however it appears as though someone has taken my recycling bin.
Please return it to the area by the Greenview Apartments near the beginning of the housing development and High School Arthur Terrace cross walk where the crossing guard stands/parks.
