Found Orange Tiger Cat - Karrsville/Mansfield
Anyone missing a cat in Mansfield by Valley Road in the Karrsville section. My friend found an orange cat in her yard last night. She said he's a little dirty and has some scratches but his nails are cut and otherwise he looks fine just hungry.
Any up-dates on this cat? Wonder if it could be the lost cat in previous item?In forum up-date yesterday, from 2 weeks ago.
I suggest having the cat scanned for a microchip. A local vet should be able to do this without charging any fees.
Is anyone feeding him? It could possibly be the one from a few weeks ago. I would have him scanned. It is possible he belongs to someone.
if he is a feral the tip their ear.....actually cut off the pointed top, not a side notch like he has.
Hastings, some feral cats are side notched instead of the tip of the ear cut off. Must be done by a different vet or rescue group. It looks better too. Some vets cut way too much off and it looks horrible.
An ear tip done by EPAA - Eastern Pennsylvania Animal Alliance - sadly it is disfiguring
to the cat's beauty.
Hastings we TNRed a small group of 4 feral siblings in Mansfield a few years ago, they were all given metal "earings" to the side of the ear. When they grew out they left a clip in the ear like the one in the photo. That's why I suggested same.
He even looks like our B. Mitch boy :( They were the SWEETEST cats. It's highly doubtful they're still around tho.
there are signs all over town for a missing orange tabby. maybe call the number?
workaholic - I believe those are all abut a kitty who disappeared back in October. He has no tail. His people are regularly here either posting reminding us or updating us.
we lost our cat back in March .Its look similar to our cat ,just to be sure can I see more pictures of him ,please.
I can't stop thinking about this cat. He resembles our B. Mitch so much down to the notch in his ear. I used to have a song I would sing to him lol. He'd come running in from wherever he was lounging about lol. All 3 remaining siblings (they were a litter of 5) stopped coming around about 3 Mos. prior to us moving from Yorkshire and we missed them and worried about them so much. We left food and supplies with a neighbor in case they came back around and over the years we've stopped by and looked around calling for them. Sorry for being all sentimental ;) It would just be so cool if it was him and he's still around and being cared for :-) :-)
Weebiekins why don't you meet this kitty to see if it is the one you lost, then you would know one way or the other.
Maybe I could, if he is still hanging around in that area. I wonder if he'd remember us? :-)
