Harpers reopen
I saw that Harper's is re-opening which is great. Is a relative taking over or did someone else buy it

Just a NeighborPat Harper passed away in September 2020. The shop was then closed.

Michael They are open! I hope they will have more to offer in the following days --- I was there around 11:00 and wanted to get rolls for lunch but there were none, and only 2 loaves of bread were on the shelf. They had pre-boxed cookies that had a nice variety of different kinds -- but there were only those cookies with the sprinkles on the tips if you didn't want the boxed ones.
A few different danish, plain donuts and iced ones, and one lonely muffin was sitting by itself in the corner. Perhaps they are baking more things today as customers come in?
I hope they have more to offer in the coming days. I will be a regular customer especially if they have BREAD!
Was to Harper's this morning, they have a nice selection of bread, pastries and cookies. The pastry I had seemed better than ever, I'm glad they're back and hope the word of their greatness spreads. I've always felt this place was underappreciated and deserved more success.
Raptor My wife and I walked over on Saturday to pick up a few things for a mid-morning coffee break. Looked like they were doing a brisk business during the time we were there. Glad they're back, and wishing them the best.
