Does anyone have an inside scoop regarding Minuteman Press Hackettstown?
We have a large print job in with them, but have not been able to get in touch with any one for the past 2 weeks. Concerned they are closed and our print job is in limbo.
We have tried calling, leaving voicemails,
e-mailing, and even going to their shop. Lights are all on, one car, doors locked, no signs, no one coming to the door.
Any insight very much appreciated.
ZoolanderMinuteman Press is a franchise. Try calling their main # 800-645-3006, perhaps they can assist.
OnTheEdge If it were me, I'd go somewhere else. If I have to practically beat their door down for attention, I wouldn't want them doing a big job. Customers service is priority job number one...
Lamb Printing right in Hackettstown. Does excellent work and has been in business for years.
GreatMeadows Sorry to hear of the issue. There are a couple of other long established printers here in town. Perhaps next time those folks would be a better choice.
After Joel was gone, The Minuteman Press here in town took a nose dive in customer service.

Minuteman press has recently abandoned the Hackettstown location and is no longer in business. However, there is one in Flemington and another in Stroudsburg, PA. These are the two closest to us. This info was provided by the corporate location in Long Island, NY.
