If the deer had Chronic Wasting Disease which has Mad-cow disease like symptoms, then it's not really that funny. Hoping it really was just a cow vs. deer standoff, but I don't think that would warrant a 911 call unfortunately.

It came across the scanner as deer having mad cow like actions/symptoms. And the person wanted the cops there to dispose of it. Not cow vs deer.

Thats what I thought. Mad cow disease. I think the "doesn't know it" open burn is funnier.
