ghost decorations i've seen in hackettstown on yards..they look homemade??

I have seen felt like looking ghosts outside of people's homes in Hackettstown. this isn't the first year I've seen them either..I really like them..does any have them and if so, where can I get them..there are some on Warren Street by the high school, plus other homes..thanks

White Styrofoam balls stuck on thick dowels shoved into the ground w. muslin fabric draped over them. Or you take chicken wire to make your form and attach the fabric to that. Seen it done both ways, and both very cute. Also saw you can take the chicken wire and spray paint it white for a more translucent effect.
